What is the dispute process? Four easy Steps!

Steps 1 to 4 are considered one round of disputes. Any questions or concerns, contact our office.

1st : Forward your credit bureau reports to NAC. Each sequence starts with a tri-pull credit report or response reports from the credit bureaus. These reports allow NAC to understand your results from Experian, Trans Union and Equifax **.

**Credit bureaus only communicate results directly with you and no one else. GOLD members please send your results to NAC. We update your dispute file from those results. As a GOLD client mail (preferred) or fax both legible sides of your dispute result copies to NAC.

2nd : Our system helps you by building new or follow-up disputes.

3rd : If outside of our Salt Lake City postal area, mail your new disputes that are stamped and sealed to the bureaus,

4th : Expect for Credit Bureaus to respond to you at your home resident within 30 to 45 days.

We accept money order, Visa or Master Card, and personal check (provided your check clears our bank prior to activation). This non-refundable fee may be credited back to you with Realty or Mortgage Loans from our NAC approved agencies.
