New Age Credit (NAC) asks that you would take a few minutes to understand how NAC will handle your personal information.

NAC does respect your privacy rights. NAC makes every effort to keep your personal information confidential and personal to only NAC. You may feel confident that your rights are being addressed as we provide you with great service.

NAC requests for personal information when you choose to signup for our service that is developed to facilitate your needs. You may ask: “What personal information is needed or required from you the client? “ We collect SSN, DOB, Full Name, Address, email address and other contact information in order for you to sign up for our service in a secured encrypted web-site area. The information NAC requires and uses (that you see and have access to online) is the basic minimum you would need to provide proper dispute requests with Experian, Trans Union and Equifax. (Email address is used only for communication between NAC and you the client.)

NAC does not sale or exchange any of your personal information with any entity that is outside of our Corporation. During Sign-up, NAC is collecting your personal information about you and your co-applicant for the purpose of using our service, and any time information is stored in our online software system from various NAC Secure Sockets Layer (SLL) sources of input, i.e. your credit report, all data will be safe guarded with current available technology regarding our secure database and access methods.

At the completion of your enrolling into NAC services a “Client Login” and temporary “Password” is emailed to you in order for you to log into our system. You will need to change your password in order to ensure system security and access to your information via yourself using the internet. When you forget your password, online verification must be complied with in order to have your password restored or a set of precise questions answered via telephone with a NAC representative.

When we disclose personal information

During your credit correction process, NAC must from time to time communicate with NAC employees during any part of your service process. NAC employees will protect your personal information in accordance with the NAC Customer Privacy Policy. NAC will not divulge or share your personal contact information with other companies unless you specify otherwise.

NAC works with other Realty, Mortgage and Law service companies that help provide you with financial or personal services. We may discuss or provide your personal information to these companies with your authorization. For example, your Mortgage Company may want to know of your current dispute status in order to process your loan. We need to forward verbal or written documents to that Mortgage Company so they can comply with your mortgage request. The information they receive is for their internal use only, and NAC requires that the business will continue to safeguard your personal information in accordance with our NAC policies.

Security

New Age Credit safeguards the security of the data you provide NAC with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. NAC advises all clients to take every precaution possible and to protect your personal data when you are on the Internet. Change your passwords often. We suggest that you use a combination of letters and numbers, and make sure you see the secure browser pad-a-lock during your internet session while using our service.

NAC web site and software uses current industry-standard SSL encryption on all web pages where personal information is required. To sign up for NAC's service, or to log into the client section of the web site, you must use an SSL-enabled browser such as Netscape Navigator 3.0 or later, or Internet Explorer. This protects the confidentiality of your personal and credit card or checking account information while it is transmitted over the Internet.

Other Security Issues

Accessing NAC’s web site anonymously is not a problem. NAC does not obtain personal information when you browse including your email address. All collecting information is during signup and your use of using our software in our SSL interface. Your browser, however, does automatically tell us the type of computer and operating system you are using.

At this time NAC’s web site, does not use “cookie” technology.

In some of our emails to you, we may use a “click-through URL.” When you click one of these URLs, you pass through our web server before arriving at one of our web site pages that is your final destination. We may track click-throughs to help us determine your interest in particular topics and measure the effectiveness of our customer communications.

NAC’s commitment to your privacy our most valued possession. We are concerned with identity theft and NAC employs every possible means to keep this threat avoided.

You may assist NAC to avoid identity theft by employing the following measures.

  • Never give out any of your personal information to a so called NAC representative. They will have the information you provided via the internet, fax or mail. Should any questions come from NAC to you, you may inquire of NAC to provide you with your basic personal information in order to know that the phone conversation is residing from NAC.
  • NAC does not block our calling number.
  • NAC requests that you use our secured website to maintain your personal information and keep it current.
  • NAC communicates these privacy guidelines to every NAC employee and staff member.
  • NAC does not knowingly ask for personal information from your children or send them requests for personal information.
  • NAC's web site may contain links to other sites; therefore NAC does not share your personal information with those web sites and is not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to learn about the privacy policies of those companies.
  • NAC takes great efforts to verify that all known communications to and from the client are free from virus or spy ware attachments within our NAC system.
  • If we are going to use your personal information differently from that stated at the time of collection, we will try to contact you via email using the most recent information we have. You authorize NAC to communicate with you when you inquire or signup for service. You will not be contacted, nor will NAC use your personal information in a new manner that is not noted under this Policy.

NAC reserves the right to modify or change its Customer Privacy Policy at any time in order to secure your interests and best practices of our business. We encourage you to review this privacy policy regularly for any changes.
